What is required to secure services with you?

To secure on-location wedding day services a non-refundable retainer 40% of the total contract amount and a signed bridal contract are required to secure your booking with us. The remaining balance is due seven days before the wedding event.

When should I come in for a trial?

We highly suggest that every bride comes in for a bridal preview at least 2 months before the wedding event. We will discuss your vision for your hair and or makeup, as well as wedding details. If you have inspiration photos for your look please bring those along as well as any hair pieces or your veil.

What brands do you use in your kit?

We use a mix of high-end and professional skin prep, makeup and hair brands that have lasting power. Westman Atelier, Tom Ford, Dior, Fenty Beauty, Charlotte Tilbury, MAC, NARS, and Danessa Myricks, to name a few.

Do you provide services for the bridal party as well or just the bride?

We specialize in an intimate beauty experience, we can accommodate up to 6 people or just the bride! If you have more, we can recommend several amazing colleagues.

Do you have a minimum in order to book your services?

In Lincoln, there is no minimum in order to book services. If the getting ready location is outside of Lincoln, we require at least 4 services be booked or a monetary minimum of $550. If you don’t have 4 services but would still like to book you may do so at the $550 minimum. Travel fee outside of Lincoln is $1.00/mile round-trip per artist.

Do you charge an early start fee?

For any events that start before 7 a.m and early start fee of $50 will be added per hour before 7 a.m. per artist.

How many artists will I have on my wedding day?

Depending on what kind of service, the amount of services and the timeline you can expect to have 1-2 artists working your wedding day.

Securing Your Date

The first payment of 40% of the entire contract amount is a non-refundable, non-transferable retainers fee.  Along with the retainer a signed bridal contract is also required to secure your wedding. The remaining balance is due seven (7) days before the wedding event.

Cancellations

Retainers and final payments are non-refundable and all payments are due as agreed upon. If the wedding date has changed retainers will be transferred if we have the new wedding date available. If you need to cancel your wedding day services completely you can do so up to 60 days before the wedding event without charge. Retainers are always non-refundable. If you cancel less than 60 days out from your wedding day 75% of the contracted remaining balance will still be owing and due.
